ELIGIBILITY: Any artist living within 100 miles of Versailles, Indiana.

Photography: Portraits, Floral, Animals, Ripley County Scenes, Landscapes and Miscellaneous
REQUIREMENTS:
All entries must be framed and ready to hang.
Entries will be accepted at the Ripley County Courthouse, East Side) TUESDAY, September 24, 2019 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M. (Eastern time)
Artist may exhibit up to eight (8) works (space permitting). All entries will hang for the duration of the exhibit.
Attach to the back of each entry in the upper left hand comer the following:
Category, Name, Address, Phone#, Price, For Sale or NFS (Not for sale)
Artist will pick up their entries only on Saturday, September 28, 2018 between 3:30 P.M-4:00 P. M. If you have someone else pick up your entries please include their name at the bottom of the contract. Delta Rho Chapter of Tri Kappa, Inc. will not be responsible for the return of any works not claimed by the artist.
AGREEMENT:
Delta Rho Chapter of Tri Kappa, Inc., will make every effort to protect and all entries, but in no case will they or any individual member be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur prior to or during the exhibit. Entering work in the exhibits shall constitute an agreement on the part of the artist as to all conditions set forth herein.
